Terms of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Sale apply to subscriptions to Metalstat's paid plans (monthly Premium, annual Premium and Lifetime Access), published by Maxence Roux, SIRET [SIRET], [ADRESSE], [EMAIL].

Any subscription requires acceptance of these Terms of Sale, confirmed by the user's checkbox before payment.

Article 2 – Reseller and payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the official reseller (merchant of record) for Metalstat plans. Paddle collects payment, issues invoices and handles applicable VAT. Paddle's purchase terms apply in addition to these Terms of Sale.

Accepted payment methods are those offered on Paddle's checkout page. Metalstat neither receives nor stores any bank details.

Article 3 – Plans and prices

Prices are in euros, including all taxes. Prices may vary by country according to local VAT. The publisher may change prices; a new price applies to a subscriber only at the next renewal, with at least 30 days' notice.

Article 4 – Plan features

The features of each plan are detailed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription.

Lifetime Access grants Premium features, including future enhancements, while the Metalstat service is operated. If the service permanently closes, users are notified at least 3 months in advance and may export their data.

Article 5 – Duration, renewal and cancellation

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled.

Users may cancel at any time, in one click, from "My subscription" in settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refund is due, except under Article 6.

When the subscription ends, the account returns to the Free plan. Saved items remain viewable, but adding new items is limited to 15 in total.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and money-back guarantee

Consumers have 14 days from subscription to withdraw, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

By subscribing, users expressly request immediate access to Premium features. For simplicity, the publisher offers a money-back guarantee: any request within 14 days of the first subscription or purchase of Lifetime Access receives a full refund, without justification.

Requests are made through the Paddle customer portal or by email to [EMAIL]. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Article 7 – Payment failure

If renewal payment fails, Paddle retries the payment. If it remains unpaid, the subscription ends and the account returns to the Free plan.

Article 8 – Liability

The liability limitations in the Terms of Use apply to paid plans. In particular, Metalstat does not provide investment or tax advice.

Article 10 – Consumer mediation

Article 11 – Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Consumers also benefit from the protective provisions of the law of their country of residence.
